We have a new system for purchasing your Annual Dues this year. This private and secure Member group link is the only way to access your Member Account link for Annual Dues. If you pause to continue at a later time, you will need to return to this email and the link to have access to the Annual Dues pages. There is a tab at the top of each page to navigate to the Annual Dues products while using the site.

Thank you, in advance, for being patient with the new system. If there are any unforeseen or unexpected issues with this implementation please notify Heather immediately to resolve them with our POS providers. This is a first for all of us!

Instructions for the new Login System

  • Use the email address you used last year (when you entered your family information, your waivers and permission for Food & Beverage charges). Use the Forgot Password option if necessary. If you have trouble accessing your file, please contact Customer Service.
  • Once in your account, you will be able to see each of your Family Members (called Associates), you entered last season.
  • Choose the options you need for your 2024-2025 Annual Dues (First Senior Member, Cap Fees, Locker, Parking, requests for Lockers or Parking). You will purchase the appropriate dues choice for each individual family member (Associate).
  • All Members, to remain Members in good standing each year, are responsible for the Capital Replacement Fee (found under the First Senior Member product); excluding New Members, Trial Members, TreeTops Members and Members 80+ years old.
  • Maintenance Members are required to purchase the Cap Fees Only product (where no one in the family will have skiing privileges).
  • Enter your up to date credit card information.
  • Your credit card will be processed in one of two ways as indicated in your purchase (see Payment Options below).
  • You must include the Credit Card Authorization on your Member Account link for Annual Dues profile to authorize payment each month for purchases charged on your account (eg. Food & Beverage, Members' Programs, Camps, or merchandise etc). This step is necessary for you and your family to be able to use your Member Pass to charge items to your account.

New Parking Strategy 

The Board of Directors has instituted a new parking strategy to cater to the many requests of current and "waiting list" parkers. Firstly, existing parkers will still have access to a parking spot, regardless of which option is chosen. Secondly, in order to implement the new offerings, we will be rearranging the current map of the parking lot. The Off Peak Parking option for members who are not at the hill on busy holidays allows the Ski Hill to open those spots to the public at our busiest times. If you would like to join the current waiting list, please add the Parking Request product to your cart.

  • All Season Parking has no black out dates. These spots will be closest to the front door and be reserved with your family name sign for the entire season; all day, all evening, every day of the season. They will function as the spots always have.
  • Off Peak Parking hasblack out periods during the December Holidays (Dec 20-Jan 5), Family Day Weekend (Feb 15-17) and March Break (Mar 8-16). You will still have a family name sign designating your reserved spot but we will remove it during the black out peak times. These spots will be located in the next few lanes away from the front door.
  • Add On to your purchase ofany one of the black out periods anytime up until 7 days before the start date.

Required Information for Annual Dues purchase

Please make sure to update/confirm:

  • Family Information (Associates)
  • Please check accuracy of your current address, phone and email
  • Locker(s) and Parking
  • If you already have a Locker, you will have the same Locker(s) location.
  • If you would like a Locker, choose the "Request a Locker" product. You will be billed and will receive your Locker number when you pick up your photo pass. There are quite a few available Lockers.
  • If you already have a Parking Spot you may add your new parking preference to your purchase - either All Season or Off Peak.
  • If you would like to request a Parking Spot please choose the "Request a Parking Spot" product. Please note there is a waiting list for spots! You will not be billed for this option.
  • Credit Card Authorization for monthly charges to your account, even if you are paying your Annual Dues by eTransfer, cheque, or cash - contact Heather.

Payment Options

Starting September 1: There is only one option for payment of your Annual Dues - the 5 Monthly Payments Plan ended August 31.

Regardless of how you choose to pay your Annual Dues (online with credit card, or to pay by eTransfer, cheque or cash contact Heather) you must include the Credit Card Authorization on your Member Account link for Annual Dues profile to authorize payment each month for purchases charged on your account (eg. Food & Beverage, Race Programs, Camps, and merchandise). This step is necessary for you and your family to be able to use your Member Pass to charge items to your account.

Terms and Conditions

  • All persons must sign a “Release of Liability” agreement prior to obtaining their pass.
  • Passes remain the property of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Inc. and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the “Alpine Responsibility Code”.  Use of this pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the pass, will result in cancellation of that pass.
  • Passes are not transferable.  HVHSA may request identification to verify validity.
  • A $ 25.00 fee will be charged for replacing a lost pass.
  • Season Passes must be visible at all times for access to the lifts and for purchases charged to your account. 
  • Passes are refundable for medical reasons only. 

    Refunds will be granted: up to Dec 15 = 100%; up to Jan 1 = 50%; up to Feb 14 = 25%; after Feb 15 = no refund.

First Senior Member

Every Membership Family interested in skiing/boarding privileges must have a First Senior (aged 64 years or younger) before adding other family members. Members 65+ or Members 80+ visit appropriate products.

The eldest child in the family with skiing/boarding privileges. If your eldest child(ren) is not an active Member, your next child in age becomes the First Child.

Additional active skiing/boarding child under 25 years old. Every family with children must have a First Child even if your eldest is not going to be an active skiing/boarding Member. If you have more than 3 children over 5 years old please add Family Max product to your cart.
