Instructions for the Login System
- Once in your account, you will be able to see each of your Family Members (called Associates), you entered last season.
- Choose the options you need for your 2025-2026 Annual Dues (First Senior Member, Cap Fees, Locker, Parking, requests for Lockers or Parking). You will purchase the appropriate dues choice for each individual family member (Associate).
- All Members, to remain Members in good standing each year, are responsible for the Capital Replacement Fee (found under the First Senior Member product); excluding New Members, Trial Members, TreeTops Members and Members 80+ years old.
- Maintenance Members are required to purchase the Cap Fees Only product (where no one in the family will have skiing privileges).
- Enter your up to date credit card information.
- Your credit card will be processed in one of two ways as indicated in your purchase (see Payment Options below).
- You must include the Credit Card Authorization on your profile to authorize payment each month for purchases charged on your account (eg. Food & Beverage, Members' Programs, Camps, or merchandise etc). This step is necessary for you and your family to be able to use your Member Pass to charge items to your account.
Parking
The Board of Directors has decided to revert back to dedicated year round parking spots. Those who had spots last year will have first dibs on their spots again this year. If you would like to join the current waiting list, please add the Parking Request product to your cart.
Required Information
Please make sure to update/confirm all required information:
- Family Information (Associates)
- Please check accuracy of your current address, phone and email
- Locker(s)
- If you already have a Locker, you will have the same Locker(s).
- If you would like a Locker, choose the "Request a Locker" product. You will be billed and will receive your Locker number when you pick up your photo pass. There are quite a few available Lockers.
- Parking
- If you already have a Parking Spot you may add it to your cart.
- If you would like to request a Parking Spot please choose the "Request a Parking Spot" product. Please note there is a waiting list for spots! You will not be billed for this option.
- Credit Card Authorization for monthly charges to your account, even if you are paying your Annual Dues by eTransfer, cheque, or cash - contact Heather for alternative payment type.
Payment Options
There are two options for payment of your Annual Dues - either:
- Paid in full: Payment will be processed at the end of the month of registration.
- 5 Monthly Payments Plan: First payment will be processed the week of Sept 1 and then processed every 4 weeks (the end of each month, including September), on the credit card you provide, until the last week of December 2025. You must indicate your request by adding a one time Administration Fee "purchase" of $25 to your cart.
Regardless of how you choose to pay your Annual Dues (online with credit card, 5 Monthly Payments Plan; or alternatively to pay by eTransfer, cheque or cash contact Customer Service) you must include the Credit Card Authorization on your profile to authorize payment each month for purchases charged on your account (eg. Food & Beverage, Race Programs, Camps, and merchandise). This step is necessary for you and your family to be able to use your Member Pass to charge items to your account.
