Rates apply to the 2023-2024 Season.
All online prices are subject to HST.

Hours of Operation are subject to change without notice.
Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Inc. reserves the right to implement an emergency closure due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or any other reason deemed necessary.
LIFT TICKETS
Terms and Conditions:
- Lift Tickets are purchased for a specific date and time.
- All persons must sign a "Release of Liability" agreement when purchasing Lift Tickets, either online or in person.
- Lift ticket holders must have their ticket displayed at all times to have access to the Lifts.
- Rental equipment must be purchased online, in advance, to ensure availability.
- Weather conditions do not affect Lift Ticket validity unless HVHSA deems it unsafe to remain open in full or in part. In case of an emergency closure, Lift Tickets may be exchanged for a Lift Ticket Voucher.
- Voucher requests must be made in writing to info@skihiddenvalley.ca within 24 hours of an emergency closure.
Lift Ticket Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy:
- Lift Tickets are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued to participants for reasons including but not limited to the following: weather, travel or snow conditions, an Act of God, disregard for the Alpine Responsibility Code, violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules, or Lift Ticket/Pass terms of use.
- Rescheduling Lift Tickets for medical reasons, including public health orders to isolate, must be supported by medical documentation.
- Rescheduled/refunded Lift Tickets are subject to a $10 Administration Fee per Lift Ticket.
- Reschedule/refund requests must be sent in writing to info@skihiddenvalley.ca.
- Phone conversations with Hidden Valley staff do not constitute a valid cancellation request.
RENTALS
Terms and Conditions:
- Rentals are purchased for a specific date and time and are valid only for that time period.
- All persons must sign a "Release of Liability" agreement when purchasing Rentals, either online or in person.
- Rental equipment must be purchased online, in advance, to ensure availability.
- Rentals used for more than one hour are non-refundable.
- Multi Day Rentals are to be taken home with the participant. Multi Day packages that require storage for the next visit will be charged a $10 per day/per user storage fee.
- Weather conditions do not affect Rental validity unless HVHSA deems it unsafe to remain open in full or in part. In case of an emergency closure, Rentals may be exchanged for a Rental Voucher.
- Voucher requests must be made in writing to info@skihiddenvalley.ca within 24 hours of an emergency closure.

SEASON PASS
Terms and Conditions:
- Night Passes are valid: 4-9 pm December 22, 2023, to March 15, 2024 on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays and on Family Day Weekend, Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024; and 12 pm-close, March 11-15, 2024.
- MidWeek Passes are valid: 9am-4pm, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, January 8, 2024 to March 15, 2024. MidWeek Passes are not valid December 22, 2023-January 7, 2024.
- 3x3 Combo Passes are valid for both the Night Pass and MidWeek Pass offerings.
- All persons must sign a "Release of Liability" agreement when purchasing the pass either online or in person.
- Season Passes remain the property of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Inc. and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the ‘Alpine Responsibility Code’ or violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules. Use of this pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the Season Pass will result in cancellation of that pass.
- Season Passes are non-transferable. We may request identification to verify validity.
- A $25 Administration Fee will be charged for replacing lost passes.
- All Pass Holders must have their Pass displayed at all times to have access to the Lifts.
Refund Policy:
- Season passes are only eligible for refund due to medical reasons: 100% refund to December 10, 2023; 50% refund to January 1, 2024; 25% refund to February 28, 2024; no refunds will be issued after March 1, 2024. A $25 Administration Fee will be levied on these refunds.
- Refunds for medical reasons including public health orders to isolate must be supported by medical documentation.
- Refunds will not be issued to participants for reasons including but not limited to the following: weather, travel or snow conditions, an Act of God, disregard for the Alpine Responsibility Code, violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules, or Lift Ticket/Pass terms of use.
- Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@skihiddenvalley.ca.
- Phone conversations with Hidden Valley staff do not constitute a valid cancellation request.
- Should the Government of Ontario, Ministry of Health, and/or other provincial or local public health authorities require/force the closure of regular ski resort operations at Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area (HVHSA) for longer than a 14-day consecutive period due to COVID-19 State of Emergency guidelines; HVHSA will extend to its Night, MidWeek and 3x3 Season Pass holders a pro-rated refund. This refund will be calculated on the percentage of days that HVHSA is open compared to the total number of forecast days of operation. This refund will not be issued until after the end of the forecasted regular season on March 31, 2024.
SNOWSCHOOL
Private, Semi-Private and Parent & Tot Private Lessons:
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
- In the event that adjustments need to be made to your booking, such as incompatible abilities or incorrect age groups for a Semi-Private Lesson, we will make every effort to accommodate changes if possible. However, if we are unable to find a suitable option for the lesson participants, we will provide a refund when appropriate.
- All Private, Semi-Private and Parent & Tot Lessons include a Lesson Lift Ticket for each Lesson participant (including the accompanying adult in Parent & Tot Lessons). During the Lesson, the Lesson Lift Ticket is valid for all Lifts at the discretion of the instructor. Outside of the Lesson, the Ticket is valid only on the Handle Tow.
- You have the option to upgrade to an all access 9am-4pm LIft Ticket ($45 + HST per person) at Customer Service on the day of your Lesson.
- Children aged 5 & Under will receive a 9am-9pm 5 & Under Lift Ticket.
- All persons must sign a "Release of Liability" agreement when purchasing snowschool products either online or in person.
- Rental equipment, if required, must be purchased online, in advance, to ensure availability.
- Please arrive at least 1 hour before your Lesson to check in at guest services, pick up your Lift Ticket(s) and, if necessary, be fitted for your rental equipment. There may be longer waits for Lift Tickets and rentals around 9:30 am and 12:00 pm. Consider arriving an hour and a half prior to your Lesson start time on weekends and holidays.
- Lessons are held regardless of weather conditions.
Lesson Cancellation and Reschedule/Refund Policy:
- You may reschedule or cancel your Lesson up to 72 hrs before the Lesson time.
- Rescheduled Lesson times are subject to availability.
- Cancelled Lessons are subject to a $25 Administration Fee per Lesson and rescheduled lessons a $15 Administration Fee per Lesson.
- Lessons are held regardless of weather conditions.
- Refunds will not be issued to participants for reasons including but not limited to the following: weather, travel or snow conditions, an Act of God, disregard for the Alpine Responsibility Code, violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules, or Lift Ticket/Pass terms of use.
- Weather conditions do not affect Lessons unless HVHSA deems it unsafe to remain open in full or in part. In case of an emergency closure, Lessons may be rescheduled or will be issued a Lesson Voucher.
- Rescheduling/Voucher requests must be made in writing to snowschool@skihiddenvalley.ca within 24 hours of an emergency closure.
- For cancellations less than 72 hrs, rescheduling is only available for medical reasons and must be supported by medical documentation, a $25 Administration fee will apply to all lessons cancelled within 72 hours.
- Refunds for medical reasons including public health orders to isolate must be supported by medical documentation.
- Reschedule or refund requests must be sent in writing to snowschool@skihiddenvalley.ca.
- Phone conversations with Hidden Valley staff do not constitute a valid cancellation request.
Camps and Programs:
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
- Rental equipment must be purchased online, in advance, to ensure availability.
- All persons must sign a "Release of Liability" agreement when purchasing snowschool products either online or in person.
- In the event that adjustments need to be made to your child’s Camp booking, such as if they were registered to the incorrect ability level or discipline, we will make every effort to accommodate these changes if possible. However, if we are unable to find a suitable group for your child, we will provide a refund when appropriate.
- All Camp and Program participants require a valid Lift Ticket which may be purchased as a Program add-on or Season Pass which is valid for the camp/program times.
- On the first day of the Camp/Program, please arrive at least 1 hour before your Lesson to check in, pick up your Lift Ticket(s) and, if necessary, be fitted for your rental equipment.
- Groups will leave promptly at the Lesson start time. Please arrive on snow to the lesson meeting area 5-10 mins before the Lesson start time each day.
- Camps and multi-week Programs are held regardless of weather conditions.
Camp and 8 Week Program Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy:
- Camp and Program Lessons are refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to Camp/Program start.
- Cancelled Camps and Programs are subject to a $25 Administration Fee per participant.
- Camps and multi-week Programs are held regardless of weather conditions.
- Refunds will not be issued to participants for reasons including but not limited to the following: weather, travel or snow conditions, an Act of God, disregard for the Alpine Responsibility Code, violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules, or Lift Ticket/Pass terms of use.
- For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the camp/ program start date, rescheduling is only available for medical reasons and must be supported by medical documentation.
- Refunds for medical reasons including public health orders to isolate must be supported by medical documentation.
- Camp and Program participants who cannot continue due to illness or injury will be allowed a credit equal to the pro-rated value of the remaining Lesson(s) in the form of a Hidden Valley Highlands Gift Certificate less a $25 cancellation fee.
- Reschedule or refund requests must be sent in writing to snowschool@skihiddenvalley.ca.
- Phone conversations with Hidden Valley staff do not constitute a valid cancellation request.
MEMBER ALPINE PROGRAMS
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
- All persons must sign a "Release of Liability" agreement when purchasing Rentals, either online or in person.
- On the first day, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your Program to check in, receive instructions, and gear up.
- Groups will leave promptly at the Program start time. Please arrive on snow 5-10 mins before the start time each day.
Program Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Alpine Programs are held regardless of weather conditions.
- Refunds will not be issued to participants for reasons including but not limited to the following: weather, travel or snow conditions, an Act of God, disregard for the Alpine Responsibility Code, violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules, or Member Pass terms of use.
- Refunds are only available for medical reasons, including Public Health orders to isolate, and must be supported by medical documentation.
- Refund requests must be sent in writing to racing@skihiddenvalley.ca.
- Phone conversations with Hidden Valley staff do not constitute a valid cancellation request.
PUBLIC HEALTH LEGISLATION
Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Inc and Muskoka Ski Club operations are subject to Government and Public Health legislation with regards to COVID-19 and are subject to change without notice. We will continue to follow the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the Ontario Government and Public Health officials. Should the Government of Ontario, Ministry of Health, and/or other Provincial or Local Public Health authorities require/force the closure of regular ski resort operations at Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area (HVHSA), HVHSA will determine, at the end of the 2023-2024 Season, what action to take with regards to possible Customer/Member reimbursement of purchased products.
