Conditions of Use

 

  •    Skiing Pass prices are quoted PER PERSON. 
  •    All items subject to 13 % HST.
  •    “Family” is considered two married or Common Law adults and their children 25 years and under.
  •    There must always be one person at the First Senior rate for each Family Unit with the exception of those memberships in which all Members are aged 65+ years.
  •    All age category cut-off dates are December 31, 2024.
  •    Social Member Card (no skiing privileges) to use in the Chalet to charge items to the family account.
  •    The maximum Annual Dues payable for a family with 3 or more children is $2500 for the 2024-2025 Season.
  •    Current Members and Maintenance Members must pay the CAP Fee to remain Members in Good Standing.
  •    Members 80+ years, Trial Members, New Members in their first year, and TreeTops Members are exempt from CAP Fees.
  •    Trial Members and New Members receive the Aug. 31 discount pricing regardless of the date joining The Club.
  •    Children over the age of 25 are eligible to purchase a discounted Heritage Membership.
  •    All passes include Day and Night skiing for the 2024-2025 Season.

NEW: Parking Options

  •    All Season Parking: no black out dates. These spots will be closest to the front door and be reserved with your family name for the entire season, all day, all evening, every day of the season. They will function as the spots always have.
  •    Off Peak Parking: black out dates: December Holidays (Dec 20-Jan 5), Family Day Weekend (Feb 15-17) and March Break (Mar 8-16). The family parking sign will be removed on Holidays. The spot will be open to the public.
  •    Add On: The Holiday you need up until 7 days before the start date.

Terms and Conditions

  •    All persons must sign a “Release of Liability” agreement prior to obtaining their pass.
  •    Passes remain the property of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Inc. and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the “Alpine Responsibility Code”.  Use of this pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the pass, will result in cancellation of that pass.
  •    Passes are not transferable.  HVHSA may request identification to verify validity.
  •    Passes are refundable for medical reasons only. 

    Refunds will be granted: up to Dec 15 = 100%; up to Jan 1 = 50%; up to Feb 14 = 25%; after Feb 15 = no refund.

  •    A $ 25.00 fee will be charged for replacing a lost pass.
  •    Season Passes must be visible at all times for access to the lifts and for purchases charged to your account.

Payment Options

  •    NEW: 5 Monthly Payment Plan (Aug-Dec) – Only offered until August 31, 2024. Complete your Annual Dues on The Members' Link including the Monthly Payment Plan option. Payments, including a one time $25 Admin Fee, will be processed at the end of the month August to December 31, 2024.
  •    Payment in Full – Payment will process at the time of purchase.
