Rental Terms and Conditions:

  • Rental Lesson Packages are only available with the purchase of a private or semi-private lesson on the same date as the rental. All online prices reflect are subject to HST.
  • All Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Hours of Operation are subject to change without notice.
  • Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Inc. reserves the right to implement an emergency closure due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or any other reason deemed necessary.
  • Rentals are purchased for a specific date and time and are valid only for that time period.
  • All persons must sign a "Release of Liability" agreement when purchasing Rentals, either online or in person.
  • Rental equipment must be purchased online, in advance, to ensure availability.
  • Rentals used for more than one hour are non-refundable.
  • Multi Day Rentals are to be taken home with the participant. Multi Day packages that require storage for the next visit will be charged a $10 per day/per user storage fee.
  • Weather conditions do not affect Rental validity unless HVHSA deems it unsafe to remain open in full or in part. In case of an emergency closure, Rentals may be exchanged for a Rental Voucher.
  • Voucher requests must be made in writing to info@skihiddenvalley.ca within 24 hours of an emergency closure.

Rental Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy:

  • Rentals are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued to participants for reasons including but not limited to the following: weather, travel or snow conditions, an Act of God, disregard for the Alpine Responsibility Code, violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules, or Lift Ticket/Pass terms of use.
  • Rescheduling Rentals for medical reasons, including public health orders to isolate, must be supported by medical documentation.
  • Rescheduled/refunded Rentals are subject to a $10 Administration Fee per Rental.
  • Reschedule/refund requests must be sent in writing to rentals@skihiddenvalley.ca. 
  • Phone conversations with Hidden Valley staff do not constitute a valid cancellation request.
