3x3 Season Pass ($77-$470)

This pass is a combination of our MidWeek Pass and Night Pass. It is a 3x3 for the 3 weekdays and 3 nights we are open during our regular season after the December holidays. See below for details.

Valid 2025-2026 Season:

• 9am-4pm 3 Days a week - Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays starting January 5, 2026 (not days during the December Holiday Break)
• 4pm-9pm during Night Operations starting opening night in December
• 4pm-9pm 3 Nights a week starting January 8, 2026 
• Noon-close Monday-Friday during March Break
• Season Calendar will be posted in November

Rates apply to the 2025-2026 Season.

Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Inc. reserves the right to implement an emergency closure due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or any other reason deemed necessary.

Terms and Conditions:

• Night Passes are valid: all nights we are open from 4-9 pm December 19, 2025 to March 21, 2026 and on Family Day Weekend, Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026; and 12 pm-close, March 21, 2026.
• MidWeek Passes are valid: 9am-4pm, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, January 5, 2026 to March 20, 2026. MidWeek Passes are not valid December 19, 2025 - January 4, 2026.
• 3x3 Combo Passes are valid for both the Night Pass and MidWeek Pass offerings.
• All persons must sign a "Release of Liability" agreement when purchasing the pass either online or in person.
• Season Passes remain the property of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area Inc. and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the ‘Alpine Responsibility Code’ or violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules. Use of this pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the Season Pass will result in cancellation of that pass.
• Season Passes are non-transferable. We may request identification to verify validity.
• A $25 Administration Fee will be charged for replacing lost passes.
• All Pass Holders must have their Pass displayed at all times to have access to the Lifts.

Refund Policy:

• Season passes are only eligible for refund due to medical reasons: 100% refund to December 15, 2025; 50% refund to January 1, 2026; 25% refund to February 28, 2026; no refunds will be issued after March 1, 2026. A $25 Administration Fee will be levied on these refunds.
• Refunds for medical reasons including public health orders to isolate must be supported by medical documentation.
• Refunds will not be issued to participants for reasons including but not limited to the following: weather, travel or snow conditions, an Act of God, disregard for the Alpine Responsibility Code, violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules, or Lift Ticket/Pass terms of use.
• Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@skihiddenvalley.ca. 
• Phone conversations with Hidden Valley staff do not constitute a valid cancellation request.
