Terms and Conditions

  • Payment in full is required at the time of booking. 
  • Rental equipment must be purchased online, in advance, to ensure availability.
  • All persons must sign a "Release of Liability" agreement when purchasing snowschool products either online or in person.
  • In the event that adjustments need to be made to your child’s Camp booking, such as if they were registered to the incorrect ability level or discipline, we will make every effort to accommodate these changes if possible. However, if we are unable to find a suitable group for your child, we will provide a credit when appropriate.
  • All Camp and Program participants require a valid Lift Ticket which may be purchased as a Program add-on or Season Pass which is valid for the camp/program times. 
  • On the first day of the Camp/Program, please arrive at least 1 hour before your Lesson to check in, pick up your Lift Ticket(s) and, if necessary, be fitted for your rental equipment.
  • Groups will leave promptly at the Lesson start time. Please arrive on snow to the lesson meeting area 5-10 mins before the Lesson start time each day.

Camp and 8 Week Program Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy:

  • Camps and multi-week Programs are held regardless of weather conditions.
  • Credit will not be issued to participants for reasons including but not limited to the following:
    • Electing to miss a session for any reason including weather
    • Travel or snow conditions
    • Acts of God
    • Disregard for the Alpine Responsibility Code, Violation of Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area safety rules or Pass terms of use.
  • Should the Hidden Valley Snowschool deem a camp day be unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit equal to the prorated value of the cancelled day will be issued.
  • Reschedule or refund requests must be sent in writing to snowschool@skihiddenvalley.ca. 
  • Phone conversations with Hidden Valley staff do not constitute a valid cancellation request.

Cancellation Credit Schedule

  • Up to 1 month before the start of the camp a full credit will be issued.
  • From 1 month before the start of the camp, to 7 days before the start of the camp, a credit equal to 75% of the cost of the camp will be issued.
  • From 7 days, up until the start of the camp a credit equal to 50% of the cost of the camp will be issued.
  • Once a camp has started, a credit of 50% of remaining days will be issued with medical documentation.
